Lasagna Recipe Bechamel Sauce
Bechamel sauce for lasagna.
Bechamel sauce at its best.
50g butter.
500ml milk.
45g plain/ all-purpose flour.
nutmeg, to taste.
Using a non-stick pan, melt the butter.
Mix mix in flour off the heat.
Put back onto stove to cook but do not brown.
Take off heat again and add cold milk gradually making sure it doesn't get lumpy.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add nutmeg.
